Food and Drinks

once spent a summer living in Anchorage for work, and I can’t count the number of times my friend Mitch and I ate breakfast at Snow City Café. After each of our outdoor adventures, we’d return to Anchorage and immediately grab breakfast at Snow City the next morning. I’m not sure I’ve ever enjoyed an eggs benedict so much as I did after ordering the Kodiak Benedict following a camping trip in the Arctic National Wildlife Refuge. Yes, it’s true that the host at the time was likely the cutest girl in Anchorage, but I was too busy eating Kodiak Benedicts and drinking the Teklanika smoothie to ask her out. The food there was so good, I don’t even regret being so shy. WB
